I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and have hands-on experience as a business owner and general manager, giving me grounded understanding of organisational realities, leadership pressure, and performance demands.
My work bridges this business foundation with embodied, nervous system-based approaches to leadership and wellbeing.
Over the past decade, I've worked with individuals and leaders through embodied and somatic practices. My approach integrates this depth of practice with organisational experience, drawing from trauma-informed principles, nervous system-based methodologies, and relational intelligence.

My approach integrates:
- 10 years supporting individuals and groups through embodied and somatic practice
- Business experience (8 years business ownership, GM roles)
- Trauma-informed and nervous system-based methodologies
- Training in Zen Coaching principles and relational awareness
This combination allows me to work with leaders and organisations in a way that is both practically grounded and deeply transformative.
I'm based in Cape Town, South Africa, a location that allows me to work across time zones with clients in Europe, Africa, and beyond. I offer online sessions and workshops globally, and in-person work in Cape Town and major international cities.
